August 31st

So the first time of my life celebrating Independence Day at school. It was on Tuesday.
SMESH was just too cruel to give us a holiday for Monday. Like they even been nice towards the students. It started with singing the Malaysian anthem and patriotic songs. Kind of boring because I have never singing those song when it comes to Independence Day. And then a teacher talked about one of Sabah warrior that is Tun Datu Mustapha (that is also the name of my house there). Ohh did I mention that the girls wearing baju kurung?? I mean seriously Baju Kurung on Independence Day??
Tell you what, I didn't even hear a thing about what he talked about. So if you just ask me about Tun Datu Mustapha now, my mind would be empty. Yeah I have no spirit of patriotism. Later, the countdown started. After it is officially August 31st, the sing along time, again.
Even though, I don't really want to celebrate it, I still sang out loud. It was just a time to celebrate with friends there. And so, some of Form 4 boys waved the Malaysian flag. But they brought a Japan flag. It was kind of rude for some of the teachers but luckily our "Beloved Daddy" that I don't really like didn't see that.
A fact, I was born to be live with a chaos, fun & outgoing batch like in SMKP & SMESH. Well lucky me.
Sejujurnya aku tak rasa pun yang aku dah merdeka. Fizikal mungkin tak nampak, tapi secara mentaliti, ya aku dijajah.
