a recipe post by mum for the first time for her special nieces and nephewIni maksu yah ni. Kesianya dia nak makan rojak ye. what can i do hanya boleh begi recipe for your mum to prepare it for you.
I bttle of chilli sauce
belacan- secukup rasa
brown sugar and sugar
otak udang- 1 spoonful
a quarter bottle kicap
mix everything in a pot
Lepas tu goreng kacang tanah and bijan.
Make sure kuah tu pekat. Kalau cair you have to add otak udang lagi.
Kalau tak ada otak udang maksu rasa boleh juga guna oyster sauce. tapi tak sedap sangat lah.
make sure you mum take a photo of it.
recipe rojak yang diwarisi kepada anak cucunya including me.. but i don't know whether i can cook it or not.. tak de bakat! haha
